SPEAKEASY

Four women enjoying sushi and drinks at a bar, with a neon sign in the background reading 'Nomikai'.

Nomikai is a popular type of drinking party where friends and coworkers bond over food and many, many drinks. It’s just the thing we do very well in Las Vegas. Casual dining at the Sushi Bar followed by a dim lit nautical hallway to the hidden speakeasy, best enjoyed with a whiskey (or three) and world class sushi, while lounging on sultry Japanese inspired textiles in rich textures and deep color tones with warm woods and stone; evoking a sense of nostalgia and wonder, with just the right amount of a Vegas experience like none other.

Sushi served in crab shells, with one topped with chopped green onion and caviar, and the other with small yellow garnishes.
Pink cocktail in a tall glass garnished with fresh mint leaves and ice.
A wooden door with a circular window, decorated with a floral hat, in a modern restaurant entrance. To the left, illuminated red Japanese characters and yellow English words saying 'SUSHI SPEAKEASY' are on the wall.
